Terms of Service

You are solely responsible for all content you post on JobNeighbor. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or posting a listing. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

The following content is strictly prohibited on JobNeighbor:

• Illegal goods, services, or activities
• Adult content or solicitation
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Spam, duplicate listings, or misleading advertisements
• Content that violates the Fair Housing Act or Equal Employment Opportunity laws
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Firearms, ammunition, or dangerous weapons (without proper authorization)
• Malware, phishing links, or fraudulent schemes
• Personal information of others without their consent

All listings must accurately represent the item, service, or opportunity being offered. Listings must be placed in the appropriate category. Misclassifying a commercial business advertisement as a personal/neighbor listing is a violation of these Terms.

Listings expire based on their plan type. You are responsible for renewing or removing expired listings. JobNeighbor reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice if it violates these Terms.

Free listings are limited in number per account. Business advertising requires selection of a paid plan.

Businesses must use the designated business advertising categories and plans. Businesses may not post as individual neighbors to circumvent advertising fees. JobNeighbor may verify the nature of your business and reclassify or remove listings that violate this policy.

Business advertisers must ensure their advertisements are truthful, non-deceptive, and comply with all applicable advertising regulations.

Paid listings and advertising plans require payment before activation. All prices are listed in US dollars. Online checkout uses Stripe. Separately invoiced payments may be sent using the receiving details on our Customer Payments page; these payments require manual confirmation before activation.

All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided for listing fees once the listing has been published, except at JobNeighbor's sole discretion in cases of platform error. For subscription cancellations, see Section 6.

Sign-in is required for listing checkout. Opening a payment link or providing a payment screenshot does not confirm payment receipt or listing approval.

Business advertising subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting info@mitchgrafixsignstudio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

JobNeighbor is a platform connecting community members and businesses. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any items or services posted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBNEIGHBOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You retain ownership of all content you post on JobNeighbor. By posting content, you grant JobNeighbor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You may remove your content at any time by deleting your listing or closing your account. JobNeighbor may retain cached or archived copies for a limited period.

JobNeighbor reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harms the platform or its users.

Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: repeated violations of listing guidelines, fraudulent payment activity, harassment of other users, or automated scraping of the platform.

You may appeal a suspension by contacting info@mitchgrafixsignstudio.com. We will review all appeals within 5 business days.

JobNeighbor is a community-focused platform. We expect all users to treat each other with respect and honesty. We encourage users to report suspicious or abusive listings using the in-platform reporting tool.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment for all community members regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of JobNeighbor after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
