Online checkout payments are processed by Stripe. When you choose a separate payment app from our Customer Payments page, that provider handles the payment under its own privacy policy. We do not collect card numbers, banking passwords or payment-app credentials on the Customer Payments page.

For listing checkout, your signed-in email identifies the payer. For separately invoiced payments, we may use an invoice reference and transaction details you provide to reconcile payment manually.

We may send you transactional emails related to your account activity, such as listing confirmations, payment receipts, and responses to inquiries. We may also send periodic newsletters or promotional emails if you have opted in.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Listing content may be retained in archived form even after a listing is removed or expired.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request that we restrict processing of your data or provide you with a portable copy of your data.
